What polish ?

Anybody recommmend a polish for my TVR, its my first time you see and I only want the best for her.

I use AutoGlym on my Jaguar but on the Tuscan S I use Zymol. It may be my imagination but I think it's better on plastic and the AutoGlym is better on tin. I have also heard it depends on your the colour. My TVR is Nero Black. HTH.

Someone recommended Zymol (that's 'o' with an umlaut!) to me for my Griff and it exceeded all my expectations.

It should really be called DangliessenBitzenfurHundenPolisches!!!

i use MER, Autoglym and zymol not much to choose between any of them

I use Meguiars - it's the best. I'm sure Autoglym and co are just as good though. Seriously, most decent waxes will do the job.

Joe - I've done so many concours comps than i'd care to admit to on here. Isn't concours supposed to be said quietly around TVR people Always found it does what it says it should and would always use it on my TVR, means you won't have to visit halfwits to get anymore.

Another vote for Meguiars. Gives a better shine than Autoglym on my car and much easier to apply and polish off as well.

what is the stuff like on Aluminum, Fibre Glass and Steel bases (obviouly painted tho)? Is it ok?

I have a little kit car (it sounds like a TVR tho ) and want it to shine

Don't know, never even cleaned my car let alone polished it-can't be ar5ed!

I usually park it in the drawing room and tell the cleaner it's a piece of modern furniture/art and she just gets on with it.

I think she uses Mr. Sheen- it's ends up quite shiny and it smells nice!

It now appears ro be called "Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax"

When i bought mine about a year, i'm pretty sure it was called "Gold Class Mirror Wax". Or perhaps they just referred to it as Mirror Wax. It's quality stuff, whatever it's name!

Can you put the finishing wax over any Meguiars polish? I use the "cleaner wax" paste already but the shine on your Chim is amazing!
