Week long road trip - hotels - recommendations?

Hello,
Got my first big break of being allowed to go and see customers and demonstrate our wares. The vehicle for this purpose is a specially kitted out sprinter van and we're working with a well known car parts supplier to go and visit their customers and show them the kit on the van.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to stay on the following days, if so please advise! ;-)

Thursday: Bristol - Stay in Bristol or drive to Cardiff and spend the night there?
Friday: Cardiff - drive home from Cardiff

Following week:
Monday: Colchester
Tuesday: Aston
Wednesday: Nottingham
Thursday: Manchester & Stockport - not sure whats happening friday yet so we'll assume driving home to Guildford after Stockport.

Note the Van has loads of tools in the back so the hotels need to be in fairly safe areas.

In the kindest possible way, (i can't help you with any hotels in any of those areas...) your fked. They will smell your van coming, break out the banjos and bolt cutters. I would take an AK47 some C4 and about a half dozen bouncing bettys. If you make it back alive, let us know how it was.....

Yeah, yeah very helpful! :-) This bloody van better be comfortable as its a left hooker being driven over from Germany next week, and that last week it looks like I'll be doing 600 miles in it at least.

Which reminds me, must buy a car airfreshener thingy. After 600 miles in this weather, I would imagine its going to smell a bit lived in!
