Eating on the floor
Discussion
I have a small dinner party tonight and as I have a small kitchen (seats 3!) I was thinking of eating while sitting on cushions on the floor in the living room. I have a glass table top I can raise up with books.
Any suggestions for suitable recipes to match the theme? Starter(s) and mains(s) needed.

Lamb tajin, cous cous, mint tea and a hookah to finish.
If you're feeling flush, get a couple of belly dancers in.
Lovely.
Like the sound of this ! G/F not keen on lamb, can I substitute chicken, or do you have another suggested dish !If you're feeling flush, get a couple of belly dancers in.
Lovely.
A hookah with some nice tobacco is recommended. I regularly spark up mine.

moroccan food
Thumbs up for the food, but whatever you do, if you go this route, do not try to serve any north African/Moroccan wine. (do they even make wine there?)I've tasted what was described as 'authentic' wine made in the region and it takes a bit of getting used to.
I think the Japanese theme would be fun (maybe more expensive), but the Moroccan theme more hearty.
Copious amounts of the local alcohol will make sure it all runs smoothly.
