What time is best to get down and what's the criteria for entering your car on the track display ?

Matching the theme obviously!

Our convoy parked in at 8 and we weren't the 1st.

I'm not so interested in th supercar Sunday meet personaly. There's far too many people for my liking, and there tends to be too much current production and not enough rare exotica for my taste. But if you like large crowds and modern hypercars then it would be a fantastic day out. I would advise getting there well before 8 am if you are expecting to display on the grid.

Last year there were some amazing cars, XJ220, Invicta, F40, F50, Original Mustang i love cars so really enjoyed it. Yes there are a lot of new cars there but stuff like the Xj and Invicta are what i would call rare.

I'm looking for very specific cars at an event like this, no one has turned up in any of the ones I would love to see as yet. The list is basicly; 288 GTO, MC12, EB110 (right hand drive), Fxx. Any or all of these would make it worth my while. Chuck in a Mclaren F1 LM for good measure as wellsmile

I forgot to mention a CLK GTR, and a Countach anniversary. Silly me.

Hi FF.. you must look harder.. We've had the following off yr list - 288 GTO, MC12, F1 (not LM) oh and you won't ever see an FXX as they're not road legal..

I must have missed something then. That's typical of my luck, not to be there when the best stuff turned up. I remember seeing an FXX at the FOS a couple of years back. Loud doesn't even begin to describe it.

Hoping to make Supercar Sunday and this will be my first breakfast club.

What's the parking like of your not on the grid? Is it fields or tarmac?

Get there early in something half interesting and you'll be on tarmac behind the ticket office, get there late in a boggo car and you'll more than likely be in a field.

In a way I am dreading asking this question, but does a Carrera C2 qualify for Supercar Sunday?

There are so many Porsche that turn up, we get put in a dedicated space in the car parks outside the display areas.....
