I've been having problems with my o2 Blackberry and their repair centre SBE. I've had no luck going through their customer service departments so want to email someone with a bit of 'clout' ie CEO,MD etc.Does anyone know of a way to get the email addresses of these people other than trying over the phone as this won't work.
Any help greatly appreciatedthumbup
Just to recap,I'd like email addresses of CEO or MD of o2,Blackberry RIM and SBE-UK.

Thank you again.

Rob.

Can you explain more what's wrong with the BlackBerry? Is it a hardware issue or something to do with the service provider?

Blackberry started going bonkers 2 weeks ago - whichever key I pressed the letter u would come up,kept turning itself off etc.Sent it to repair centre, had it returned today saying it was irrepairable as it had been contaminated by liquid therefore warranty is void. Absolutely not true.

I was under the illussion that blackberry dont use repairers and they just replace the phone... Having said that, I guess they need to establish wether it is customer damage or not!

Repair centres get paid by the manufacturers for repairing phones and not for sending them back unrepaired. It doesn't make any sense that they would just say it was liquid damaged. Not that I dont believe you.

Thank you so much Ben. I have found a number of forums where people have had their phones returned by SBE claiming they have been 'liquid contaminated'.....I have also now managed to find email addresses for o2 and Blackberry CEO's. Can't find any helpful info on SBE though so if anyone can help it will be much appreciated.
