E46 320d Clutch Judder when in traffic, Ive noticed this allot today a bit annoying, seems to get worse in the stop start.

2004 96k on the clock any ideas?

Dual mass flywheell or clutch friction plate both possible. It's an expensive job as apparently you have to change both at the same time. GSF quote a half sensible price.
