I would have stopped filming and gone absolutely ballistic at her. She was tormenting the dog into reacting so she could then justify bullying it. She is enjoying the power she has over what is at the end of the day a submissive dog that is unable to get away from the situation.
She actually stands on it's tail to make it react when kicking doean't work. The kicking isn't hard enough to necessarily cause physical injury but due to new laws she can still be prosecuted. (I wonder whether she is bullied herself?)
It is horrible watching and I so hope some serious lessons are learned by this sad pathetic girl.
