I would like to buy myself some new sunglasses incase we get our usual half an hour of sunshine this summer.

They need to have prescription lenses and I know Oakley don't do lenses in my prescription. I have quite a high 'cyl' apparently - 4.00 in one eye and -4.25 in the other. Sphere is +3.50 and +4.00. Axis is 33 & 155.

I know I could choose from a wide range of designer frames and get ordinary prescription lenses in them with a tint but does anyone know which makes will allow me to have my prescription in the frames all from the one manufacturer (if you see what I mean).

I have Wayfairer (Ray Ban) things with prescription lenses.

Perhaps they're not trendy enough. smile

Also try Rudi project

Nike do the Siege 2 a wrap round pair with an insert behind the sunglasses, I have already done these at -4.50.

I've got a gouple of pairs of North Face sunglasses with a clip in prescription bit behind the normal lens. That way I can have interchangable lenses for different light conditions too.

Got mine from vision3k.com.
