Anyone got a link to the Evo review? is it in the current magazine?
Was in last months I think - right hand page column a few pages in...think it was a Zonda on the front page, but that doesn't narrow down the EVO publication much! Guess its not that common an upgrade given no response yet from someone with it!?
I had a tuned 335i, no idea what it was putting out as I never put it on a rolling road, but it was quick.
Mine was using a Procede tuning box, and I was getting 0-60mph times on 4.7 seconds just about everytime using a Race Tech AP22 timing meter, got a couple at 4.5x seconds. So yeah it makes it a seriously quick car. When I took the box off it felt seriously lathargic in comparison, but have to admit I noticed going back to stock more than I noticed the remap, if that makes sense?
Just as a comparison using the same timing meter I got 5.6 seconds from my S4, 5.6 seconds from my DMS mapped 535d and I get 5 seconds from the E46 M3.
Is it worth doing?? Oh Yeah!!
I've gone back to another M3, but as a quick motorway mile muncher the 335i remapped is a sublime choice.

I'd agree, I have the evolve tune and had it rolling roaded at 387hp. I think the DMS tune is probably just as wise a choice and they are very established. I do worry about the internals, and the stock turbo's coping with the added strain, but I drive it quite moderately most of the time so it probably won't wear any more than someone hammering it all day long. Fuzzy logic I know but it makes me feel better.Mine was using a Procede tuning box, and I was getting 0-60mph times on 4.7 seconds just about everytime using a Race Tech AP22 timing meter, got a couple at 4.5x seconds. ETA: Can't offer much on the MPG front as the tune's been on since I purchased it, but front last owner the MPG hasn't changed at all and that seems to be consistent with most cases (apart from those taking full advantage of the tune
