Missed probably up to half of last 2 races.. Not going to happen this weekend. Got both our satellite systems programmed to tape.. Set both my alarm and Spousal Units alarm clocks set (10 minutes apart..) While my 2 daughters were out, I set their alarm clocks.(Also 10 minutes apart.) So now have 4 alarm clocks going off every 5 minutes and somebody in the house is going to get my lazy backside up in the middle of the night. This is the 1 that I want to see live and not nodding off during....It was a busy time for me and my businesses during the last month and the last 2 races weren't as important to me as this one. This is going to be the M's day and I may be getting divorced for setting all the alarms. The household should be happy that I didn't hire a wake up service to call me as all our phones are on another level of the house but VERY loud.
I have the opposite problem!
I'm in Dubai and our working week starts on a Sunday (at the office now). Luckily, one of the local bars records the race and then has a re-run at 8pm, so I have to spend the afternoon avoiding any news websites, radio, this forum, anyone telling me the result etc...
Not so bad for this one and the European races as there are only a few hours to worry about but the races so far have been a nightmare as I've had to go most of the day avoiding the result.
In fact, I'll only be able to watch the Brazil and Abu Dhabi (as I'll be there) races live.

Canadian spelling of effort = effert... Good catch on that one and yes I was tired. Woke on 3rd alarm clock (mine) but I think I have an angry daughter and Spousal Unit as their clocks rang first. I will have to remind the daughter that I gave her my 73 supercharged 2500M. Spousal Unit is the scary one that I will have to tippy toe around for a day. I have 2 hours to waste on company paperwork as I calculated wrong on race start time, but I'm up and checked my tapes to make sure that I have 1 recording the race just in case. I think Talladega has a left turn,left turn (repeat many times) race later in the day so I better finish that paperwork. Hope everyone enjoys the GP.
PS. Hey Jungles, try to get up to speed on The Canadian English as some of us are trying to be across your pond in N.Z. next Feb. for the Festival of Speed.

Top effort. My friends always think i'm mad for getting up for all gp's. Especially Australia last season, stayed up after a night out to watch that. 
Alarms all over the place are the only way. If alarms are within 6 feet i can turn them off in my sleep, it's a talent that i don't want.
