08 mongoose otero elite any good?

Just bought one,never had a mtb before.

It`s just for messing around on and for light trails.

Got it quite cheap though,so any thoughts?

Im sure someone who knows what they are talking about will come along, but in the meantime....

It seems reasonable spec for the price, however you'll get a much better quality hardtail for the money. Is there any reason why you want a full suspension?
