Double Glazing help

My wife and I have decided to get the windows and door at the front of our house replaced and have so far had two quotes:

Crystal Windows first offer £9,000 down to £6,000
Anglian first offer £15,000 down to £7,250

I really hate that approach and have found lots of bad reviews of Anglian customer service and workmanship, although we do like the style of products they have available. What other companies are available that cover our area NE London? Any recommendations?

I've read Balmoral Green's very useful guide so we have a pretty good of questions to ask and the pitfalls. We just want a reliable company with a good product at a fair price. How do we find one?

Sounds simple but ask neighbours etc. Avoid the big outfits if you can.
