I was wondering if there was any general kit car clubs or gathering in the Midlands or South Midlands area (Form; Oxford, Cotswolds, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire ).

Or do most of them tend to only be of a single make?

I know that there are a number of single make kit car meeting (Caterham, Westfield, Ginetta and Cobra).

I run a meet loosely affiliated to the JPSC (so all cars originally designed by Jeremy Phillips - Star/Leader/Striker/Fury/Stylus/Jester/Mojo/Riot etc etc) but have ex-Sylva owners and other interested parties turn up from time to time, with non-Sylva genre machinery. No denying that we are a small group though so don't expect a massive gathering. Over the summer there's normally up to about 5 interesting cars, and up to about 10 people, winter is normally quieter...

Anyone is welcome to turn up for a beer & car chat. Venue is normally within a 10 mile radius of Warwick, 1st thursday of the month @ 7.30pm. I publish the venue a few days before the meet, normally I use the sylva chat google group: http://groups.google.co.uk/group/Sylva-Chat/

Also have a mailing list for regulars; should anyone want adding on, drop me a line...

Best bet may be locostbuilders. There are many local gatherings in the area, and any and all cars are welcome. There are more 7's than anything else, but any exciting cars are allowed.
