I bid up to £2,300 on this;

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...

It went for £2,400

Bound to need some ££ spent on it, but looks like a good fun toy for the money!

Unless you are very lucky it is impossible to run an M5 on less than £2,000 a year and that car looks like a shed....buyer beware, the scrap heap beckons!

confused

that car looks quite clean. Tyres all round are excellent PS2s - looks like the PO cared to get decent rubber all round - unusual to spend £700+ on tyres on a shed?

Bought a car (328 sport) from that guy last year. No issues with it at all. Nice chap to, propper enthusiast.

Struck me as being (potentially) a good buy. And that was before I saw the DW thread, looks like quite a bit of time and effort went into trying to tidy it up as far as possible. It's not going to be perfect at that price, but would be a lovely daily snotter for a few months. Wish I had bid a couple of hundred more now! Doh!

The first thing that strikes me is the non original grille and bonnet. Given that upgrading such is an expensive thing to do for cosmetic purposes alone, I would be concerned that the car had been hit by (or has hit) something.

A daily snotter this thing is not. I've been there and bought the t-shirt. The running costs are phenomenal!

Daily snotter? You'll need seriously deep pockets for that, 20mpg at best! I've had one since last August and done less than 2k miles in it. Costs circa 100 notes to fill it up and barely lasts 400 miles.

Still, great fun when conditions permit wink

If you're seriousely after one pm me as I'd prob let mine go for round about that figure.

If you read the detailingworld thread, he replaced it due to stonechips (and has picks to back it up)

Nice car imho - I'd pick it up for that money
