Paintless Dent Removal - Central Scotland
Discussion
Anybody used a Paintless Dent Removal company/specialist that they would recommend? Am in the Stirling area but prepared to travel to Glasgow/Edinburgh if necessary.
I've tried Dent Devils by submitting pictures via email but their technician advised they wouldn't be able to assist in this case.
It's on a 54 plate Mondeo. It's quite a long dent (8") but not creased and has not crossed any swage lines nor broken the paint. Just a long depression caused by the other half battling with a full wheelie bin
It is accesible but not sufficiently for me to do myself with a small hammer so I wouldn't expect it to be a big problem these days?
Appreciate any suggestions.

I always use Stephen Liddel from SL Dent Repair - he is based in Lanark but he's always in & around Glasgow doing cars at dealers.

I've used Stephen maybe 8 times in the last couple of years (my car, wife's car, mates & workmates) and he's top notch.

Thanks for the feedback.
Enquired with Stephen Liddle who suggested contacting Keith at DentMaster since he's more local to me (very good of him to do so).
I've contacted Keith and am arranging to have it checked, hopefully it will be a repairable job not needing filled/painted so will report on how things go.
Appreciate the recommendations.....always good to get some tried and tested advice on good specialists to use/

I always call Paul Grieve from DentDevil on 07740 561397. He covers Fife/Lothian and I cant rate him highly enough. He worked on my 1990 Gold G60 Syncro and the next day it won 'Best in Show' and a VW event. He also worked on our Astra VXR when my 'better half' reversed it into another car. The tailgate was shoved right in but he returned it to perfect.
Thanks.
Both DentDevils (via online enquiry) & now Keith from DentMaster have told me it can't be repaired this way. Although it's not too bad a dent, because it's above the Fuel Filler (2004 Mondeo) they said it's hard to get behind the panel to do a good job.
Bummer. Means my only choice is a bodyshop for a fill and paint fix. Hasn't even broken the paint so that's a pain. Gonna be a lot more expenive now than a panel re-shaping job

Have they been out to see it or seen a photo? I was told the same by DentDevils on 3 occasions however thats 3 times now that Paul has been able to work his magic. I seriously have a lot of respect for what he does. He quoted me a 90% repair on the VXR and it was no small golfball sized dent. I have no idea where he lost 10% because it looked OEM to me. fingers crossedBoth DentDevils (via online enquiry) & now Keith from DentMaster have told me it can't be repaired this way. Another recommendation for Keith, he's working for himself now (KB Dents) and also covers Glasgow, 30 minutes later and I can't see where the dent was at all

And if anyone has any for Livingston, I need a small dent along door waistline removed along with a pinhead dent from rear wing area.
I’ve got S&S auto care coming in a few days time he was recommended to me so will report back.Edit... not sure he’s a paintless repair more paint!

Mega thread resurrection. I am sure I used Keith years back. Is he still on the go? I stupidly put a small dent on the back wing of my Sprint which I would like to sort (bloody annoying.....)
I used him again in August last year on same number as above - got 2 dents out (including a tricky rear quarter one) quickly and still at a very reasonable cost.Gassing Station | Scotland | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
