What Mercedes dealers were around in 1990?

Trying to trace the history of my 1990 190, starting by finding the supplying dealer. The number plate ends in 'AEA' so that indicates it was registered in Dudley (area), correct?

So what dealers were/are there up there that I should contact and how might I go about talking to them? It's got a MB Nottingham keytag on it but it looks newer than 1990.
I bought the car from Hereford privately.
The warranty info says work was carried out when it was 12 miles old at dealer number '00130'; also some later at dealer 03070 and more at 00134..

Around that time the main Merc dealer in Notts was 'B.K. Thomas. Don't know if that helps at all?
