SVA Today

I had my SVA today at Taunton and came away with a fail, only failed on one item - noise - the reading was 105db so a bit of work to do there!

Really happy with the result as I have only had the kit 12 weeks and wanted to get it in for the test before IVA came in

What engine are you using and did you use the standard MNR exhaust can?

Yes it is a 2003 R1 which has been uprated to approx 175bhp, I was hoping to use the MNR silencer but they couldn't get it down to me so had to cobble something together last Friday. We did use a road legal Remus can but it was just too loud, after speaking with MNR this morning they are hoping to be able to sort me out their silencer - hopefully be on the road in the next few weeks

Thanks, no I live in Southampton I just went to Taunton for the SVA as they are a very sensible bunch of inspectors down there and have had a prevoius build SVA'd there

must agree with that. Had my tiger done at Taunton and found them to be great
