Auxilliary port / iPOD - Discovery GS

I've got an newish facelifted Disco GS (2008/9) and was hoping to plonk an iPod/iPhone in on the standard head unit. Previously I've used Denison kits but it seems there is nothing available for the Disco. Reading my manual there is supposed to be a 1/8 Aux In jack under the armrest facing the rear passengers, however this of course being a poverty spec car it doesn't appear to have it? Has anyone got a solution or can the jack be retrofitted by a dealer? Many thanks..

you can get a fully integrated ip[od kit fitted by your dealer which is controlled through the head unit and i dont think there overly expensive
