Isn't there a poem about this?

Something along the lines of

Why worry?

You're either healthy or ill. If healthy, why worry
If you are ill you will either live or you will die, if you live why worry?
If you die you will either go to heaven or hell....etc etc

Always quite liked this:

Why worry?

In this life there are only two things to worry about.

Either you will be healthy or sick.
If you are healthy, there is nothing to worry about.
But if you are sick, there are two things to worry about.

Either you will live or you will die.
If you live, there is nothing to worry about.
If you die there are only two things to worry about.

You will either go to heaven or to hell.
If you go to heaven, there will be nothing to worry about.
If you go to hell, you'll be so darn busy shaking hands with all your friends,
you won't have time to worry!

SO WHY WORRY?

Except you won't, because there are no such things. So you will just die and rot. Or get burnt.

Either way, you're still dead, so no worries.

Somehow I knew when I quoted that I would a comment along those lines.

Erm. So the poem agrees there's something to worry about. And worrying about dying is a worry as it could be painful, you might not have things prepared for your loved ones etc etc. Am I being too sensible in this thread?

I'd suggest you stop worrying and go see a doctor, that is quite a list of complaints! Surprised you can still use a keyboard.

Because the Daily Mail tells them to worry, and they are too thick to think for themselves.

If you put New Labour at the end of your list your priorities are completely wrong.
