Monday afternoon drive and food? Guildford area

As suggested by SVTRick the following route might be a good one. Anyone up for meeting 11.30am Monday in Newlands Corner car park to leave at 12.00pm. (I need to be back mid afternoon to take the OH to a village fete!):

"Newlands Corner is good starting point.
Then off through Gomshall towards Dorking.
After Dorking head off towards Horsham area.
Maybe stop at that awesome Truckers Cafe between Horsham & Crawley for a feed.
Then head back via long route, Loxwood, Dunsfold......"

Let's see whether I can get my first ever list going...

We'll be leaving at midday prompt. I don't know how packed with bikers it will be so may need to park down the far end from the entrance...we've listed the cars anyway so should be easy to spot

This sounds like a good little run, might try and convince the OH that we dont need to go to London, but need to go for a drive instead! Any one know the name of the truckers cafe? Might try to see what its like beforehand.

I might be up for a drive out too, depends on what happens the night before though..

Yeah still going ahead. I'll be there at 11.30am. Just keep an eye out for the cars listed. My Impreza is a 57 (RV57) reg with a moohassive whale tail on the back so should be easy to spot. See you Monday.
