Dealers selling Maserati 3200's who dont know the cars !
Discussion
Having an urge to buy another 3200.
So take a look at the dealer adverts and speak to a selection of them.
I was amazed how little they knew about the cars and what excuses came out when asked about supplying a warranty.
Some dealers didnt even know if the 3200's had the recalls carried out.
Is it a case that these models are just been traded off now or are there a lot of 3200's to avoid due to the high running costs which owners are just getting rid off?
There must be some good examples out there surely ?
But buying through a dealer with no warranty makes no sense - does it ?
It would be better to buy privately would'nt it ?

Judging by some of the comments posted on here everytime the subject arises it's not only the dealers who know bugger all about them! There are plenty of armchair experts about.
Back to the subject, good ones are becoming increasingly difficult to find, its one thing to buy one but another to maintain in good condition, subsequently there are many which have passed through the hands of short sighted owners who have skimped then passed the problems onto the next owners to resolve. All that does is diminish the brand and disillusion potential and new owners.
As a previous owner Im sure that you will know what to look for and check so if I were you Id look for a cherished private sale and pay over the odds for the right car.
