.Selling my ultra reliable E34 and buying a E39 530i Auto with 142k (FSH to be fair) anbd every extra available on it. Its a facelifted model, 3k.

Are these E39s a lot more to run than an E34, which in all honesty costs peanuts.

Thats seriously cheap even with the mileage - make sure its cheap because the owner has undervalued it not because he wants shot of it. A good E39 is a fabulous car, I bought one on the same mileage 3 years ago for rather more and its been stunning. A bad E39 is a horrible money sapping pit of fail.

Every option on it all working
New tyres
New front suspension
New brakes
New cat
New exhaust (all in past year).

Owner seems genuine, 3k seems a good deal to me

Every option? Thats pretty damn rare, I've not seen a 530i with S-EDC, Double Glazing or Comfort seats before.

Every option I want! Sat nav, leather, etc etc. Nothing super rare.

Thats so little. Makes me cringe when I think how much mine was. Mind you I guess mine was half the age of that one when I bought it.

Yours is a sport aswell is it not? That will certainly amke it worth more.

mine is cheap ill give you that. saw it today left a deposit. pretty much a minter. guy was great only selling as he has bought a new 630d.
