It's almost certainly at an airshow or air display. Once it takes off the pilot keeps the aircraft almost level to build up speed, so he then has plenty of speed to do the pull up.

Impressive, but seeing the A380 doing it at Farnborough, that was even more impressive


And the TAP A310... well that's just bonkers! amazing to watch though, although I suspect he got a good talking to from his boss...

Most times big aircraft look deceptively slow ..... but when they are close, like in the 2nd video there, blimey they are doing proper speed.

The downwash in the first vid is impressive.
