me and the mrs have some nice beef mince in the fridge for tea this evening, was thinking of making it into a meat loaf or something and popping it into the slow cooker for the rest of the day? has anyone got any other ideas for it???

A Chilli lasagne

Make a lasagne with chilli mince and a cheese sauce instead of usuall tomato mince etc

Finish by topping the cheese sauce with crushed totrilla chips before putting in the oven.

In the winter i'd say a lovely Cottage pie, but in this weather i'd say some nice burgers.

mix with refried beans, kidney beans, onion, garlic, chilli powder and jalepenos, wrap in a hard pasrtry case like a cornish pasty and bung in the oven. serve with sour cream, salad, salsa whatever.....Quesada

cheers for the ideas guys, i went with burgers with plenty of chilli in and some sweet-corn, topped with cheddar, and served with home-made garlic oven wedges and salad! will let you know how it turns out!
