Removing e46 stereo?

Hi, just looking for the easiest way to remove the existing tape/radio unit as im planning to put a single cd unit in tomorrow. Thanks.

Remove the trim strip above the glovebox using a flat bladed tool inserting it in the join on the right hand side. Remove the trim above the stereo to reveal two philips head screws, remove the screws and withdraw the stereo.
