I had one from Hexham Horseless carriages last week. Price about £58 including postage.

They will try and flog you the bottom plate that goes under the glass (for another £50 or so) but as long as you have a drill and a couple of decent drill bits, you can modify your existing plate on the bottom side of the glass (drill a hole straight through it to screw botls through).
