Seatpost stuck in carbon frame
Discussion
I want to adjust my seat post slightly on my road bike, however it appears to be jammed.
The frame is carbon and the seatpost is, I think, carbon wrapped around a aluminum post (rather than a full carbon seatpost).
Any ideas how I might free things up? I'm cautious about applying brute force if there is a smarter way to approach the problem.

Things to try:
Remove bottom bracket and poor Coca Cola down seat tube and let soak like penetrating oil.
Finish line bicycle lubricants are all carbon fiber safe and they make a carbon fiber assembly lube you can use on it once remove to keep it from happening again.
Shock it with hot and cold water, drop some ice water down the seat tube from the B/B tube then hit the frame with very hot but not boiling water.
Not sure if these are carbon safe:
LPS1 lubricant sprayed down the seat tube. (it is aircraft and food safe).

Ammonia.
You may still need some brute force. Remove wheels and saddle, clamp the seat clap in a vise and twist the frame for better leverage.
