A captain of a pub darts team I used to play for was named Richard Head. Or "Crom" to everybody. Yes he did have very close-cropped hair.

One lazy Friday afternoon some colleagues and I were looking through the Global Address List of my global corporation.

Best result:

Frank fk.

He's German and it's not Fuch or Fukk or anything like that. Eff. You. See. Kay.

Just checked and it's still there.

I encountered a guy called Roman Warrior about 15 years ago, strangely enough the name stuck in my head.

The funniest (for some reason it really tickled my sense of humour) Navy nickname I heard was a lad on board one of the older SSNs that was Christened Pid - as in Stupid. What made me laugh was the fact that he didn't understand what Pid was short for.

Just remembered. When I graduated from my MSc, there was a Suck Me Low (Not sure of spelling, but that was the pronunciation) called out. The whole congregation fell about laughing and the poor VC nearly bit his tongue off trying not to laugh. Made even worse when someone whispered slightly too loudly, "was that an instruction or a call for the next graduate".
