Suspended from work,
Discussion
I didn't think the details would matter as it was just a case of could my wife write the report confidentially. Obviously HR would know she written the report but when it is given to her colleague her name would be removed. Some brief details a younger member of staff has a dislike for a more senior colleague and over the last 2 years has made note of several incidents and made these things into a formal complaint. On the balance it all seems very petty but HR is doing it's thing. My wife is been compliant with what she has been requested but just doesn't want to be named as they will all work together in the future.

Without knowing more details it is difficult to give specific advice, however in the past I have received written statements from employees during an investigation whose names were removed prior to the reports being supplied to the suspended person during disciplinary proceedings.
This is what I thought should happen, thanks.
