Can I e mail my for sale reg to members?

Hi Mods,

Don't want to break the rules but my other half's old Merc has blown it's head gasket and is beyond economical repair. It has an Irish number plate, pre-fixed JAZ and I was going to e mail members with Jaz in their member names to see if they would like to bid me on the plate.

Is this allowed or frowned upon?

Hi Mick

We don't allow the e mail system to be used for advertising i'm afraid. You'd be better of using the classifieds section of PH, and should get a decent response there too.
