Hi, I have been trying to identify an old Omega watch I was given.

I have some numbers off the inside of the case:-

928
s3122
Ω285

On the movement it has 17814465

I have been told its 9k solid gold.

I have searched on the Omega vintage section but couldnt seem to find it, only something similar.

Any ideas please?

Can't really help except to say it looks a lot like one of my old Omegas. Think it is late sixties - I would have a look for it, but one of my ex's borrowed it and am damned if I am phoning her up to ask. wink

According to the list here http://www.brittons-watches.co.uk/watches_omega_da... a 17 million series serial number denotes a production year of 1960.

I think your right. I did manage to find a date range on the Omega site and it was something like 1958-1960 with a 17 range movement number.

Was looking for a bit more info though, ie model etc.

Thanks
