Chocolate Ice cream recipes

Looking for a really really good chocolate ice cream recipe- can anyone help? happy to use a custard base- just want something creamy, smooth and chocolatey.

Have an ice cream churn too.

good quality dark chocolate 100g
Double cream 100ml
Ricotta cheese 200ml
Natural yoghurt 200g

It will be good, it will be heavy, creamy with a slightly sharp after taste and you will want more ...

I made some a couple of weeks ago, made a custard base, with about 400ml of single cream, 4 egg yolks and 4 spoonfuls of sugar. slapped in 100g of 70% lindt chocolate...

Easily the best chocolate icecream i have ever tasted.....
