Exhaust stub welding?

After 5 years of ownership, with the car now nearly 7 years old, the seemingly inevitable has happened - one of my cans is about to fall off 'cos the exhaust stub has cracked almost the whole way around.

Anyone care to recommend a suitable place in the Croydon/Gatwick areas that have repaired this before - preferably somewhere that did it for a few quid on the QT rather then having to book in?
