Strange noise

Hey i wonder if anyone can help on here. I have got a strange noise coming from the rear near side of my car when i am turning right with full steering lock on, seems like something is rubbing but nothing seems to be loose. Any ideas what it might be before i drop it into the stealers again.

The car if a Z4m roadster.

Differential? I know there were fun and games with the E46 M3 diff depending on the oil they used, I don't know if the Z4M one is the same.

I'm going with wheel bearing or possibly bushes. How many miles has the car done?

So unless you have been doing most of your miles on track I would not have thought the bushes or wheel bearings would have worn that quickly
