around 300 sound reasonable? if you can come take it away yourself - be warned it wont fit "in" a monaro, I tried and it was gonna rip the leather. Gimme a call on 07738071060 and you can come take a look at it, see if you want it. If not then I think Atco2 was interested as well unless he's already found something else.

300's a little out of my budget . was going to get it booked in at a superflow but couldnt afford it .

im trying to get rid of my tractor noise at idle, and when i let off. its sounds like the cars broken. when over 2 grand it sounds awsome.

trying to source stainless to make a x pipe which will hopefully get rid of the tractor noise!!

thanks anyway mate

Does look very tight through the X.

As a matter of comparison DiFilippo only saw necessary to make the X using a 20mm hole between two pipes that are pretty much side by side.

sorry to hyjack........

how much different is the sound with a single pipe? say for instance 3inch. as apposed to true duals?

do true duals offer more power?

im thinking of making my own stainless system, with a y-pipe into 3inch stainless all the way to a sports backbox.

anybody here gone single?

cheers kyle

dual 2.5" good for around 500-600 fwhp iirc then after that you need to be looking at 3" pipes so not sure how a single 3" would work. sure there will a calc somewhere on the web.

1 sq inch of pipe flows 112cfm and you need 2.2cfm per fwhp for near to zero reduction from back pressure.
So get your calculator out from there.
