You have to use a host such as photobucket.

You have to load the image to an internet photo hosting service, then include the link in the following brackets

Upload a photo to somewhere like Photobucket as Mark mentioned then paste the code in here that starts [img]

Alternatively if you can see an image already published on the web, right click on it, select properties and copy the image source - starting HTTP:// - paste that here and add [img] before it and [/img] after - don't forget the forward slash in the last tag.

it should look like this -

[img] http:// great picture of cerb.com [/img]

No spaces.
