is there a correct way to "drain" an air con system, fitting the new supercar PWR radiator, with the air con rad and the intercooler is proving to be a major pain in the ass. Be a damn sight easier if I could take the air con rad out and then plumb it back in once I'm happy the main radiator is in place correctly. Already stripped out all my power steering cooling system and a load of the pipework associated with it so I can hook up the new system integrated into the radiator. Very little skin left of my arms after a day stripping the entire front of the car and now ready to put a lot of it back in so I can get onto prepping the engine for the charger but this damn air con is doing my head in. Any advice on correct procedure for removal of gasses safely will be welcomed.

It should be sucked out by a pro using his kit so it doesn't damage the environment. It usually has a dye in it as well which is a pretty messy luminous yellow.

hmm thought so, nothing is ever as simple as it could be. Oh well might as well go slice some more flesh from my hands and arms trying to squeeze this lot in
