Thank you - my case for the prosecution rests......I had a look in but have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the lack of older vehicles. OK if you are into modern bikes and H.D's ( what are those guys on?) but little else apart from a couple of very nice Morgans and some interesting Tri Kings. The car park was, as usual entertaining for those of a four wheel persuasion - some very special cars beautifully turned out.
had a nice morning there and got entrance in the milk float Mega Van, I seriously doubt that will ever happen again which shows what a different theme it was this month- amazed by the sheer number of bikes. Car park was loaded with car totty and worth a walk around.....looking forward to next months, expect it will be top notch.
We didn't go as we went to the kit-car show at stoneleigh - glad it clashed with this meeting as last year (as it seems this year) mostly bikes, which is fine if you like bikes! but not my cup of tea....
But goodwood is always a good visit, midweek as well there is mostly always things going on, and its free.

If you keep a theme for each Breakfast club meeting you keep the number of attendees in check. People who aren't interested in the theme dont go, enthusiasts of the theme do go. Simples. The larger crowds turn when the theme is popular, like supercar Sunday for example. then every Tom, Dick and Harry/Harriette turn up to drool over the nice shiny things which are being shown off that day.

And it enables the organisers to have some semblance of order in what specials they allow in - if it was open season the vintage Aston Martins & Fezzas etc would always be at the front of the queue. Gassing Station | Goodwood Events | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
