Anyone else have problems with these reading low?

Have fitted a couple now over the years, all fine for a year or so & then back to a sh!te reading frown

Hi Del,
You tinker, you know very well we get through them once a year. Maybe the guage load is beyond the senders range! Mine was in ph classifieds !

Take dial out rip needle of and paint new needle on at correct pressure jobs a good'en

It is still for sale, just not on PH anymore, is it automatically removed ? I had quite a few interested people, all put of by the engine mods, can not think why ! Not sure what will replace it AM, 650, Xk8, just has to be roofless, prices have changed in the last month, all going up, not the Griff though !

Funny enough that was one of the jobs on my mates Crystal Topaz yesterday, he's fed up of replacing them as wellfrown

Mines a pre-serp, and I've never had a problem with itconfused But the serps seem treat them as a consumableyes
Never had a problem with mine either (pre-serp sender) even now its fitted to a serp engine......

Have you thought of putting a oil fed one in.. Takes a few hours Its just a copper pipe to a oil fed gauge.. Its always a accurate reading.
