Imported kit duty?

Has anyone imported a kit from overseas? I would like to know what the duty is likely to be (%) on a kit imported from the US.

If it's in kit form then about 4.5%.
If it's US road registered then 10%.(If it is registered as older than 10 years then it is IVA exempt too.)
