Saw you last weekend touting the Merc coming out of Shipdham. I was the cyclist in those gay lycra shorts etc looking a little like Lance Armstrong after 15 Maccy Dees.....

.....athough I lost sight of you in a smoke cloud that appeared from nowhere!!! LOL

In south Spain at mo sailing and road riding in mi lycra again......all was well until wife told me you can see the crack of my arse as I ride
