I don't know that car at all, but surely if you're just replacing like with like, it's just a matter of undoing the unions and unbolting from the chassis? It would need bleeding after fitting the replacement of course.

Do you mean you want to install a bias valve so that you can control the front rear balance or do you mean you need to change/replace the rear compensator(s)?

Ah ok...

Firstly are you member of 205GtiDrivers.com - if not become one, it's an invaluable source of information from a bunch of very knowledgable people.

Anyway here's how I did mine in my 1.9 1989 car:

Removed all hard lines from master cylinder to rear of car

Moved both front hard lines to the front port(s) on the master cylinder

Ran single braided hose from rear port, through bulkhead to bias valve mounted in center console

Ran single braided hose from bias valve to t-piece mounted on at the rear of the car under the seats

Ran braided hoses from t-piece out through bulkead to rear brakes

I replaced all the hoses on the rear beam at the same time and had all the hoses supplied by Miles who you can find on the 205GtiDrivers forum - quality, service etc was very good...
