Ring and Spa advice - Car hire

I'm looking at organising a gift for someone and they really want to drive at either the Ring or Spa but don't want to take their own car on track.
Can anyone suggest some compaines who arange car hire and maybe tuition at either of these circuits?
Any advice welcome.

we have caterham superlights available at Spa in July but unfortunately can't help out at the ring.
