M4 Welsh side, travelling Eastwards, a matrix displaying:

Keep your distance | End

I guess it meant that tail-gating was compulsory.

Am I right?

The matrix signs are only advisory AFAIK, so maybe it's just suggesting that driving 2 feet away from the car in front would be a good idea.
