thats soo let down with the gerkins.

today, my sandwidge shall be sporting a tuna salad cream with sweetcorn filling.

and for a not so healthy option

bacon sarnie with brown sauce and some grated cheese.

got to admit, I never feel like I've eaten enough when just eating a single sandwidge.

Egg & Mayo sarnie, chased with a handful of grapes, an apple, raisin break-bar (or something) and washed down with a Muller Vitality pro-biotic drink. And there's probably also a bananananana (I know how to spell it, I just don't know when to stop smile) lurking somewhere in my bag.

I'll be in the bog for 20 before day-end

I can only just about stand peanut butter if I use it to make a quick satay but I can taste the combination in my mouth as I think about it and my brain is saying no. Each to their own though. I'm a big fan of strawberry and black pepper sorbet with balsamic glaze which a lot of people cannot get their heads around. lick

nono

Swap the salad cream for proper mayonaise, but not so much of it that you overpower the tuna, and add spring onions instead of the sweetcorn.

You'll thank me for this.

May I also suggest some chilli powder mixed into the mayo for added "bite"!
