Guys,

Has anyone installed a light interior trim?

Is there any glare off the windscreen if you have?

Id like to go light but worry that the glare maybe a problem.

Any input will be appreicated.

Cheers Mark

After 5 years the alcantara on the dash is beginning to go grey (bit like myself really) and does reflect on the screen so I am trying to think of a way to stain it without it going blotchy.

Would not think light trim would be a good idea.

Get something of the same colour you have in mind and lay it over the dash of your daily driver and see what you think but don't forget the Ultima screen is very shallow angle and there's lots of it.

Erk!

I had plans for a 2 tone dash! Yeah-yeah! I know... Bad taste!

How far up the dash (toward the driver) do you see the reflection? ...and is it irritating?

...sounds like a bad move to add any detail on the dash top cos you would see it? (like a red insert on black?)

Back to the drawing-board then!

cheers

I think this is the standard factory grey?

Quite light.

Not mine, but a nice example and I think looks quite "airy"
