Yes, I can recommend the same book as Nick. Luckily I was given it as a prezzie some years ago and I read it at least once a year (sad, maybe!)

Cheers guys, thanks for the recommendations - will get a copy and have a read - will have to do instead of the real thing (can't make it this year) - but will be going to the classic next year.
