HELP!

I have just crashed my Z3 M Coupe and the insurers have had it sent to a standard crash repair centre. Can anyone recommend a BMW approved crash repair centre in the West Country?? I will need to provide 2 quotes so more than one would be welcome.

It may well be write off but I dont want monkeys working on the car!

All advice welcome

Ahhh, you will be like my 21 year old son. He has "crashed" his cars 3 times through being high on drink or Cannabis. As Z3M Coupe bodyshell parts are no longer made I think that the insurers will write your car off. You will hopefully learn through this episode?

That's a bit of a leap isn't it?

Its quite easy to crash these without being off your face, but I'm sure the OP will take your helpful words on board.

Can't help on the bodyshop front, sorry.

I rather think he was off his face as indeed he appears constantly to be.

I suspect his 'son' is nothing more than a couple of pixels on a monitor but yes.

I did quite plainly state that it was a Telegraph Pole - not a tree. Read the post before making comments intended to inflame....

To be fair, it's still an inanimate object.......

This "2 quotes" stuff is bks the insurers like to peddle

Your car, your choice

I wouldnt put any hold whatsoever on a repairer being "BMW approved" (anymore than I would their service centre workmanship)

St Georges in Weston Super Mare recommended, theyve carried out work for several friends and my M3 is due to go to them any day now (light scratches, someone elses fault and no inanimate objects - ok!)

But the telegraph pole would have once been a tree, so technically I was correct!

Hopefully he has been relieved of his licence and deposited in jail by now then?

Cheers for all the 'helpfull' advice!

Got bitten on after a cloudburst coming off a roundabout. The nice man from traffic plod kindly pointed out the change in road surface and how they were trying to get the council to resurface it (as they were regularly pulling people out of my ditch).

Didnt help that I had got back that morning from an operational deloyment with the forces.....

Keep the garage recommendations coming......
