just about to move the tuscan on a low loader, wheresthe best place to hook up the winch?

If you look underneath the engine bay, you should be able to see a loop attached to the chassis. I tried to find an image from web, but couldn't.

Get under the car and you'll see a metal eyelett on the chassis. (Get under the car and you'll see it, there's also one at the rear as well). Don't use for towing, just for securing on a trailer etc.
