Spotted!! Sylva Riot on M2

Driving down to Canterbury from Essex this morning I saw an Orange Sylva Riot on the opposite carriageway of the M2 near the Sittingbourne junction.
Looked awesome apart from the aluminium side panels had been painted Orange too. That made it look a bit odd, to be honest.

Not sure Rog.
It was Orange and the driver was wearing a white crash helmet.

The painted side panels really stood out... kind of spoilt the lines of the car.

It's not just me who thought that then! Saw it (or similar) at Stoneleigh and thought 'Why has he done that?'

Sounds like Adam Wilkins from Complete kit car magazine. There was a bit in the last mag about him painting the side panels.

I couldn't really see much - the strip of yellow gaffer tape on my visor attracts a blanket of (dead) flies.

I was on the other carriageway and driving a car you've never seen me in before and probably don't even know I own..... but still... you didn't wave.
